Service Guarantee

We take pride in our work and want to give your shoes a long life. We take great care to prevent defects. Should a defect occur, we offer a 30-day warranty (from delivery of the resoled or repaired shoes) on our services against the following defects:

• Transport damage
• Sole detachment
• Seams coming apart

Please contact us immediately if you notice any of the defects listed above.

Note: Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty (e.g. if you repeatedly place a heel hook on a super sharp edge during your project...).
