How it works
This is how your climbing shoes reach us:
- Drop off and pick up:
Simply bring your climbing shoes to our store during our opening hours.
We'll notify you via email or WhatsApp as soon as your climbing shoes are resoled, so you can come to pick them up.

Thursday: 13:00 - 19:30
Saturday: 10:00 - 17:00

Send us your climbing shoes by Post to:

Add a note with your name, contact details, and a description of the services you require.
Or: Order your desired service in our online shop. Mail us your shoes, carefully packaged, with a note including your order number and your name.
We will inform you by e-mail or WhatsApp before returning your climbing shoes. The return shipping costs (CHF 8.50) will be included on your invoice.
Processing times: Once your climbing shoes arrive at our store (usually two days after shipping via B-Post), we need 7 business days to resole them. You can then pick them up from us or we can send them back to you.
