About me

I am Luis Carranza, the climber behind Rustica Resole. Our mission is to offer you a repair service that extends the lifespan of your shoes. We achieve this with high-quality materials and reliable repair methods that don't compromise the integrity of your shoes.

After 10 years of developing bouldering and sport climbing areas in Panama (more information at jungleclimb.org), my home country, I moved permanently to Lucerne in February 2025 and invested my savings in an apprenticeship as a resoler at one of Italy's leading rubber manufacturers and resolers (Guma). This allowed me to realize my dream of owning my own repair shop.
