Vibram Approach was specifically developed for outdoor terrain. The new tread design improves grip and traction compared to a classic Vibram tread. The three-dimensional tread pattern features small rubber channels and inserts on the sides. In combination with Megagrip, this increases the lateral contact patch of the tread by 50% and improves grip and traction by 25% compared to a conventional Vibram design.
